On a logarithmic scale of quality, where each entry is about ten times better than what preceded it, we have:

American Idols Sing Christmas Songs (worst)
<< ELP doing Christmas stuff
<< Mannheim Steamroller Christmas Stuff
<< (a giant gap of about a dozen orders of magnitude)
<< Heartbeat
<< The best tracks on "Beat"
<< Any track on "Discipline"

My math is a little rusty, but I think Sebastian nailed it.  I also think "The Letters" falls somewhere in that giant gap, but on the Mannheim side rather than the Heartbeat side.

Hey, Sebastian, where are Dimmu's boots on this scale?

Hear hear.. I even like "Pictures," but that one just makes me cringe. Then it makes me hit something.
